Fees, Refunds and Cancellation
The cost of the trial period is $1.00 and lasts for 7 days from the time of starting your trial.
If the subscription is cancelled within this period (at least 24 hours prior to the first payment due) no further payments will be deducted, however if it is not cancelled within the trial period we will charge you per the terms you selected when you signed up. Membership fees occur at the beginning of your membership term. Payments are non-refundable. To avoid further charges, members must visit our Contact Us page and follow the process outlined on the page. No other form of cancellation (phone call, voice mail, email to other address, etc.) is acceptable.
To unsubscribe, a customer must do so at least 24 hours prior to the next payment being processed. If a customer fails to unsubscribe at least 24 hours prior to a payment being processed, theMenuPlanners.com makes no guarantee that the customers next payment can be stopped in time. Where possible theMenuPlanners will cancel prior to the next payment, however without adequate notice, if a payment is processed no refund shall be given.
If a customer fails to unsubscribe within the 7 day period and payments are processed, no refund will be given. Payments will continue until the Customer unsubscribes as per details above.
Customers are entitled to log in and place one order per 7 day period when shopping weekly, or one order per 14 day period when shopping fortnightly. This is calculated from the day of the last payment. If an order is not placed, no refund will be given. Nor will orders be backdated to match previous payments.
Customers are entitled to order up to 7 main meals and 7 side dishes and 7 desserts, per 7 days for which they are ordering. Should more meals be ordered than are allowed, theMenuPlanners will endeavour to contact the customer, however if no response is received, theMenuPlanners will reduce the order at their discretion.
